Up for auction is this American Flyer 715 AMERICAN FLYER LINES "VEHICLE TRANSPORTING RAILCAR with the original "MANOIL" CAR. in great condition. This unique car was produced in 1947 (pick-up shoe moved to outside position that year). The car has a sheet metal body (black), housing (red) and tilting ramp (yellow). The solenoid operating mechanism caused the ramp to swing out , then tilt down and the car to roll off. The die cast MANOIL coupe is original (see picture #11) "MANOIL made in U.S.A.
